About

I'm Tom Smith, originally from London, now happily living and working in beautiful South Devon. I've been inspired by design from all over the world, and love working with wood in all its forms.

Since 2008 I've been working in different parts of the country in a mix of workshop and site carpentry and general building. After completing an apprenticeship in traditional green oak timber framing, I moved to Devon in 2015 and have since developed the range of contacts and experience to be able to take on a wide range of jobs. I thrive on variety and enjoy unique projects.

When I'm not working, I'm out walking on the moor, rock-climbing or dreaming up my own crafty projects.
